Summary
Connecticut Medical Assistance Program (CMAP) Addendum B has been updated with new payment rates for procedure codes with status indicators G or K, effective April 1, 2020. New procedure codes have been added and some existing codes have been changed or deleted.
Action Required
Immediately: Billing team should download the updated CMAP Addendum B V21.1 PDF and Excel files from www.ctdssmap.com Hospital Modernization page. Review the CMAP Addendum B Changes document to identify specific procedure codes marked with 'G or K' (payment rate changes), 'New' (newly added codes), or 'X' (code or status indicator changes).
