Summary
The Department of Social Services has extended the end date for billing behavioral health procedure codes 98967 and 98968 from May 6, 2020 to May 12, 2020. Behavioral health providers can now submit claims using these codes through and including May 12, 2020.

No immediate action required - this is a historical clarification for claims from May 2020. If any outstanding claims from May 7-12, 2020 using codes 98967 or 98968 for behavioral health services were previously denied, billing team should consider resubmitting them.
