The Department of Social Services is transitioning Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) service providers from the Mobile Visit Verification (MVV) app to the new Sandata Mobile Connect (SMC) app. The MVV app will be deactivated on September 1, 2020, and all mobile users must use SMC to capture visit data.

By September 1, 2020: EVV service providers must transition all caregivers from MVV app to Sandata Mobile Connect (SMC) app. Download transition documentation from ctdssmap.com, train staff using provided videos and manuals, and ensure all mobile users are using SMC for visit data capture as MVV will be deactivated.
