Immediately: Download the updated CMAP Addendum B V22.2 PDF and Excel files from www.ctdssmap.com Hospital Modernization page. Review all procedure codes marked 'New', 'X', 'G', or 'K' for changes effective July 1, 2021. Update billing system with new procedure codes and payment rates. Verify claims submitted for dates of service July 1, 2021 and forward use the updated codes and rates.
