Effective July 1, 2021: No action required from providers. Connecticut Medicaid will automatically reprocess claims to pay at 100% of physician fee schedule rates. CNMs must continue using modifier SB when billing. Podiatrists should bill usual and customary charges to ensure proper reprocessing when rate changes occur.
