Connecticut Medical Assistance Program (CMAP) Addendum B has been updated with payment rate changes for procedure codes with status indicators G or K, effective October 1, 2021. New, changed, or deleted procedure codes will be updated in the system on October 27, 2021.

By October 27, 2021: Billing team should review the updated CMAP Addendum B V22.3 on www.ctdssmap.com under Hospital Modernization page to identify procedure codes marked as 'New', 'X', or 'G or K'. Update billing system with any new procedure codes and revised payment rates. Monitor claims processing for dates of service October 1, 2021 and forward to ensure correct payment rates are applied.
