By October 28, 2021: Billing team must download the updated CMAP Addendum B V22.3 from www.ctdssmap.com Hospital Modernization page. Review the CMAP Addendum B Changes document to identify codes marked as 'New', 'X' (changed), or 'G/K' (rate changes). Update billing system with any new procedure codes and verify payment rates for status indicator G and K codes are correct for Connecticut Medicaid claims with dates of service October 1, 2021 and forward.
