Summary
Gainwell Technologies corrected an error where Ambulatory Payment Classification (APC) weights were incorrectly uploaded as whole numbers instead of decimal values on October 28, 2021. Claims processed from November 10, 2021 forward use the correct APC weights, and impacted claims will be automatically adjusted and appear on the December 21, 2021 Remittance Advice.
