Summary
Home health service reimbursement rates have been increased retroactively to August 1, 2021. Previously paid claims will be automatically adjusted, but providers who billed at lower rates must manually adjust their claims through the web portal or 837 transactions to receive the higher payments.
Action Required
Immediately: Home health providers must review claims from August 1, 2021 forward. For claims previously submitted at lower rates, submit adjustments via www.ctdssmap.com web portal or electronic 837 transactions to obtain increased reimbursement. EVV providers must update Master Rates in Sandata database before submitting new claims and recoup/resubmit previous claims through the portal first. Claims not adjusted will remain at lower payment rates.
