By February 1, 2022: HCBS providers must complete two tasks to receive 1% supplemental payment: 1) Execute data sharing agreement with Connie HIE by submitting interest form by January 30, 2022, and signing formal DocuSign agreement, 2) Enroll supervisors and managers in Trauma Informed Care Racial Equity training by January 10, 2022 and complete first course by February 1, 2022. Submit training enrollment form to dsslearncentersupport@ct.gov. Failure to meet both benchmarks will result in loss of 1% rate increase on claims from July 1, 2021 through February 28, 2022.
