Summary
Connecticut Department of Social Services (DSS) has made 2021 1099 tax forms available for download on their secure web portal at www.ctdssmap.com starting January 27, 2022. Physical copies will also be mailed the week of January 24, 2022, and providers should download copies as files are only retained for 3 years.
Action Required
By January 27, 2022: Billing team should log into www.ctdssmap.com secure portal, navigate to Trade Files > download > 1099s selection, and download the 2021 1099 forms from the 'Current Files Available for Download' panel. Save local copies as files will be removed after 3 years.
