Immediately: Home health providers must update their usual and customary rates in billing systems to reflect the 3.5% increase for all non-pediatric complex care services. For EVV providers, update Master Rates in Sandata database before billing claims from August 1, 2021 forward. Claims submitted at old rates via EVV must be recouped through www.ctdssmap.com portal, rolled back in EVV, and resubmitted.
