Immediately: Home health agencies must update their usual and customary rates in billing systems for T1004 ($7.11) and T1021 ($32.31) for dates of service August 1, 2021 forward. For EVV users: Update Master Rates in Santrax system before billing. For claims already submitted at old rates: Recoup via CMAP portal or 837 transaction, roll back in EVV, and resubmit to obtain new rates. Gainwell will automatically adjust paid claims where billed amount equals or exceeds new allowed amount.
