Summary
Connecticut Medicaid (CMAP) has updated Addendum B with new payment rates for hospital outpatient procedures with status indicators G or K, effective January 1, 2022. Additional procedure code changes will be implemented February 9, 2022, with claims reprocessed automatically.

By February 9, 2022: Billing teams at Connecticut outpatient hospitals must download the updated CMAP Addendum B V23.0 from www.ctdssmap.com under Hospital Modernization page. Review payment rate changes for procedures with status indicators G or K. Monitor for additional updates on February 9th when new/changed procedure codes will be loaded.
