Summary
Connecticut DSS has updated CMAP Addendum B V23.0 with new, changed, and deleted procedure codes effective January 1, 2022. Outpatient hospitals will see reprocessed claims for these updated codes on their February 23, 2022 Remittance Advice with ICN beginning with 61 or 27.
Action Required
By February 23, 2022: Billing team must review February 23, 2022 Remittance Advice for reprocessed claims with Internal Control Numbers beginning with region code 61 or 27. Download updated CMAP Addendum B V23.0 from www.ctdssmap.com Hospital Modernization page and update billing system with new procedure codes effective January 1, 2022.
