Summary
The Medical Authorization Portal now allows providers to delete draft authorization requests from their queue. This new functionality provides better workflow management by letting providers remove unwanted or incomplete draft authorizations before submission.
Action Required
Immediately: Train staff on new delete draft functionality in Medical Authorization Portal. Staff can now delete unwanted drafts by clicking on the draft, then 'Delete Draft' button, and confirming deletion. This improves workflow management but does not require system changes.
