Summary
Ohio Policy 5160-3-15.5 regarding ICF-MR level of care determination for Medicaid home and community-based waivers has been rescinded effective July 1, 2015. This rule, which governed the process for determining intermediate care facility for individuals with intellectual disabilities (ICF-MR) level of care for Medicaid waiver services, is no longer active.
