Immediately: Update billing system with new CMAP Addendum B V23.3 rates effective October 1, 2022. For CPT codes 90611 and 90622 (vaccines for 18+ patients), billing team must include both the vaccine administration code with Revenue Center Code 770 'Prevent Care Svs' and the vaccine product code with the national drug code (NDC).
