Summary
Connecticut Medical Assistance Program (CMAP) has updated Addendum B V24.0 to include new reimbursement rates and billing procedures for Intermediate Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment at outpatient hospitals. A new ASAM Level of Care tab has been added to support these changes.
Action Required
By March 1, 2023: Outpatient hospital billing teams must download the updated CMAP Addendum B V24.0 from www.ctdssmap.com and review the new ASAM Level of Care tab for SUD treatment billing procedures.
