By May 12, 2023: Enhanced Care Clinic providers must resume full compliance with access requirements from PB 2018-22, including screening and triaging all referrals (telephonic and walk-in), evaluating members within required timeframes for emergent/urgent/routine cases, resuming extended hours except for exempted secondary sites, and ending temporary site merging. Review PB 2018-22 for complete requirements as performance will be monitored through compliance surveys and Mystery Shopper calls.
