Summary

Effective April 1, 2023: Billing team must stop submitting claims for CDT code D0190 (Screening of a Patient) for Connecticut Medicaid patients. Remove this code from teledentistry billing workflows and update billing system to flag this code as non-covered for CMAP members. Verify patient eligibility before all dental services.
