Summary
Connecticut Medical Assistance Program (CMAP) Addendum B has been updated with new payment rates for outpatient hospital procedures with status indicators G or K, effective April 1, 2023. New procedure codes have been added and some existing codes have been changed or deleted as of April 26, 2023.
Action Required
Immediately: Billing team must download the updated CMAP Addendum B V24.1 from www.ctdssmap.com Hospital Modernization page. Review all procedure codes marked with 'G or K' for payment rate changes, 'New' for added codes, and 'X' for modified or deleted codes.
