Summary

Obstetric providers must enroll in P4P program via HUSKY Health portal and complete online OB notification forms within 14 days of first prenatal visit and first postpartum visit to be eligible for bonus payments. Ensure prescriptions for low-dose aspirin (12-28 weeks gestation) and blood pressure monitoring devices are documented for qualifying patients.
