Immediately: Billing team must download the updated CMAP Addendum B V24.1 from www.ctdssmap.com Hospital Modernization page. Review all procedure codes marked with 'G or K' (payment rate changes), 'New' (added codes), or 'X' (code changes) for dates of service April 1, 2023 and forward. Update billing system with new HCPCS codes and revised payment rates. For telehealth services after May 12, 2023, follow revised guidance in Provider Bulletin 2023-38.
