Action Required
Immediately: Billing team must update system to remove prior authorization requirements for codes T2024 (Care Planning), A0110, A0100 (bus passes), and A0090 (mileage). For H2015 (Pre-Tenancy and Tenancy Sustaining services), only require PA when billing more than 20 units per calendar week. Update encounter forms and billing workflows accordingly. Submit all claims directly to Gainwell Technologies with appropriate CHESS AVRS ID.
