Summary
Connecticut Medicaid requires all home health providers to onboard to Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) system by September 30, 2023. Starting January 1, 2024, home health claims without confirmed EVV visits will be denied payment.
Action Required
By September 30, 2023: Home health providers must onboard to either Sandata Agency Management or an alternate EVV system and begin submitting EVV production data for all home health care services. Complete required training to receive EVV Welcome Kit. Starting January 1, 2024, all home health claims without confirmed EVV visits will be denied payment.
