Summary
Connecticut Medicaid requires all home health providers to implement Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) systems by September 30, 2023. Claims without confirmed visits will be denied for dates of service January 1, 2024 and forward.
Action Required
By September 30, 2023: Home health providers must onboard and begin submitting EVV production data through either Sandata Agency Management or an approved Alternate EVV system. Complete required training sessions and certification processes. Contact ctevv@gainwelltechnologies.com for support. Claims without confirmed EVV visits will be denied starting January 1, 2024.
