Connecticut home health providers using Sandata Agency Management for Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) must avoid duplicate client entries during bulk uploads and complete EVV onboarding by September 30, 2023. Claims without confirmed EVV visits will be denied starting January 1, 2024.
Action Required
By September 30, 2023: Home health providers must complete EVV onboarding and begin submitting production data via Sandata Agency Management or alternate EVV system. Before submitting bulk uploads, review existing clients in EVV system to prevent duplicates that cause data overlay issues. Starting January 1, 2024: All home health claims must have confirmed EVV visits or they will be denied payment.
