Summary
Connecticut Medicaid hospice reimbursement rates are being updated for Federal Fiscal Year 2024, effective October 1, 2023. Hospice providers who don't comply with federal quality reporting requirements will receive reduced rates (2 percentage point market basket reduction) for services from October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2024.

Update billing system with new Connecticut Medicaid hospice rates effective October 1, 2023.
