Summary
Ohio Department of Medicaid has rescinded Rule 5160-57-03 which governed the Medicaid Provider Incentive Program (MPIP) incentive payments. This rule that previously established calculation methods, duration, amounts and limits for Medicaid provider incentive payments is no longer in effect as of November 9, 2019.
