Summary
Connecticut Medicaid (DSS) has extended telehealth services beyond the originally planned December 31, 2023 end date. A revised telehealth coverage table for 2024 is still under review and will be posted to the CMAP website when available.
Action Required
Immediately: Continue billing telehealth services for Connecticut Medicaid patients as previously allowed - services will remain covered beyond 12/31/23. Billing team must regularly monitor the CMAP website (www.ctdssmap.com) for the updated 2024 telehealth coverage table that will provide specific guidance on covered services and requirements.
