Summary

Immediately: Billing team must download the updated CMAP Addendum B V24.2 from www.ctdssmap.com under Hospital Modernization page. Review codes marked with 'G or K' for payment rate changes, 'New' for added codes, and 'X' for procedure code changes. Update billing system with new DME codes effective 9/1/2023 using MEDS/DME fee schedule rates. Connecticut hospitals must ensure compliance with updated HCPCS codes for all outpatient services.
