Summary
DSS has identified a system issue where providers cannot view prior authorizations for procedure code 1021Z that were added/updated after 11/7/2023 in their Santrax portal. As a temporary workaround starting November 23rd, providers can submit affected claims through the secure Web portal at www.ctdssmap.com or their own billing software until the issue is resolved on November 27th, 2023.
Action Required
Immediately through November 27, 2023: For procedure code 1021Z claims with prior authorizations added/updated after 11/7/2023, billing team must submit claims through the secure Web portal at www.ctdssmap.com using Web Claim Submission feature or through billing software instead of relying on Santrax portal visibility. Monitor for PA visibility restoration on November 27th.
