Summary
DSS is experiencing a technical issue where Prior Authorization requests for procedure code 1536P Companion Services Per Quarter Hour added/updated after November 8, 2023 are not visible in the Santrax portal. As a temporary workaround, providers can submit affected claims through the secure Web portal at www.ctdssmap.com starting December 21, 2023.
Action Required
Effective December 21, 2023: Billing team must submit claims for procedure code 1536P Companion Services through the secure Web portal at www.ctdssmap.com using Web Claim Submission feature or through billing software if the prior authorization was added/updated after November 8, 2023 and is not visible in Santrax portal. Monitor for system resolution expected by December 22, 2023.
