By February 15, 2024: Home health billing teams must ensure all Medicaid home health claims have confirmed EVV visit data before submission. Complete onboarding to either Sandata Agency Management system or approved third-party EVV solution. Verify all visits are properly recorded with correct visit types (not showing 'hourly' when should be 'visit'). Make manual adjustments as needed until Sandata fixes visit type issue in mid-February. Claims without confirmed EVV visits will be automatically denied.
