Summary
Connecticut Medicaid requires skilled nursing facilities to sign and upload an updated Provider Enrollment Agreement addendum within 60 days and submit accounts payable aging schedules twice yearly (March 31st and September 30th). Out-of-state providers are excluded from these requirements.
Action Required
By March 16, 2024 (60 days from bulletin): Connecticut skilled nursing facilities must download, sign, and upload the updated Provider Enrollment Agreement addendum through the secure web portal at www.ctdssmap.com using Master User ID. Additionally, submit accounts payable aging schedules in Excel format to con-ratesetting.dss@ct.gov by March 31st and September 30th each year. Out-of-state providers are exempt from all requirements.
