Immediately: Dental billing staff must use alternative systems during BeneCare outage. For eligibility verification and PA status, log into www.ctdssmap.com and select 'Eligibility' or 'Prior Authorization' from menu. For claim history on dentures, dental restoration, and benefit limits, use 'Claims' then 'Claim History for Specific Services' on the same portal. Monitor ctdhp.org daily for status updates. Contact Provider Assistance Center at 1-800-842-8440 for portal login issues.
