Summary

Immediately: If your practice uses a billing service or clearinghouse for Connecticut Medicaid claims, verify they have completed the updated Trading Partner enrollment at www.ctdssmap.com. Ensure your practice's AVRS ID is included in their Trading Partner profile. Contact your billing service to confirm they can access EDI transaction reports and 835 remittance files through the secure portal. For questions, call the Provider Assistance Center's EDI team at 1-800-842-8440, option 3.
