Immediately: If your practice cannot submit Medicaid claims due to the Change Healthcare cyberattack, complete the Interim Payment Request Form via the survey monkey link for each affected claim cycle. Include all AVRS IDs and breakdown payment amounts by ID. Document all efforts to restore normal claim submission capability. Once systems are restored, submit all claims for services provided during the outage as soon as possible. Failure to submit actual claims will result in recoupment by September 30, 2024.
