Connecticut is transitioning from Allied Community Resources to GT Independence as the new fiscal intermediary for Home Care, Personal Care Assistant, Acquired Brain Injury, Autism Waiver, and Support & Planning Coach services. Providers should continue current credentialing with Allied Community Resources until March 24, 2024, then transition to GT Independence.
