Summary
Connecticut is transitioning from Allied Community Resources to GT Independence as the new fiscal intermediary for Home Care, Personal Care Assistant, Acquired Brain Injury, Autism Waiver, and Support & Planning Coach services. Providers should continue current credentialing with Allied Community Resources until March 24, 2024, then transition to GT Independence.
Action Required
By March 24, 2024: Connecticut providers offering Home Care, PCA, ABI, Autism Waiver, or S&PC services must transition credentialing from Allied Community Resources to GT Independence. Contact GT Independence at gtindependence.com/ct or 1-877-659-4500 for new credentialing process. Continue current credentialing process until transition date.
