Action Required
By April 30, 2024: Personal Care Services providers in Connecticut who want to switch from Sandata to an alternate EVV system should attend the Town Hall session at 10:00 am EST. After April 30th, complete the ALT EVV Open Model Webform for each unique AVRS ID number. No action required for providers continuing with current Sandata system.
