Summary
SUD Residential Providers with level 1 or level 2 certification must upload their certification letters and enter effective/end dates to the www.ctdssmap.com secure portal by May 31, 2024. This is an administrative requirement for maintaining certification status.
Action Required
By May 31, 2024: SUD Residential Providers must log into www.ctdssmap.com secure portal, navigate to Demographic maintenance > provider certification, and upload their certification letter received from Advanced Behavioral Health (ABH) the week of May 13, 2024. Enter the specific effective and end dates from the certification letter and save. Complete this process for each AVRS ID.
