By July 1, 2024: Home health providers must ensure all visits are properly recorded in EVV system with confirmed status (02-Confirmed, 03-In Process, or 04-Closed) before claim submission. Allow 24 hours for Sandata visits or 24-48 hours for Alternate EVV visits to load into MMIS. By September 4, 2024: All providers must transition from Sandata Mobile to Sandata Mobile Connect application. Claims will be denied without proper EVV verification starting July 1st.
