Summary
Connecticut DSS has temporarily disabled claim denials for Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) mandated non-waiver home health services due to system issues. EOB code 3331 'Confirmed Visit Not Found' will now allow claims to post and pay while the issue is being resolved.
Action Required
Immediately: Home health billing teams should monitor the Connecticut Medical Assistance Program (CMAP) website for updates on when EOB 3331 edit will be reactivated. Resume submitting non-waiver home health claims with dates of service 7/1/2024 and forward that were previously denied with EOB 3331.
