Summary
DSS has increased reimbursement rates for select behavioral health services (including family therapy) for HUSKY Health members ages 20 and under, effective for dates of service July 1, 2024 and forward. Claims processed before August 13, 2024 will be automatically reprocessed by Gainwell Technologies with no provider action required.

Immediately: Billing team should download updated fee schedules from www.ctdssmap.com by navigating to Provider > Provider Fee Schedule Download for current reimbursement rates. Monitor for automatic reprocessing of claims with dates of service July 1, 2024 and forward that were processed before August 13, 2024. Contact Provider Assistance Center at 1-800-842-8440 if assistance is needed accessing fee schedules.
