By August 29, 2024 at 11:59pm: Home health agencies and access agencies providing home services to Medicaid members should complete In-Home Safety Enhancement applications at ct.gov under Home and Community-Based Services. Enter zeros in the UEI field since this requirement has been removed. This only affects Connecticut Medicaid providers offering home-based services.
