Summary
Effective September 4, 2024, all caregivers providing home health, ABI, autism, CHC, mental health, and PCA waiver services must transition from the old Sandata Mobile app to the new Sandata Mobile Connect app. The old app will be deactivated, preventing visit data capture and putting claim reimbursements at risk if caregivers don't upgrade.
Action Required
By September 4, 2024: All caregivers must download and upgrade to the new Sandata Mobile Connect app from Apple Store or Google Play. Billing team should verify all field staff have completed the transition to prevent loss of visit data capture which would put claim reimbursements at risk. Contact caregivers who haven't upgraded immediately.
