Summary
Connecticut DSS has temporarily suspended claim denials for EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) mandated services due to system errors. EOB codes 3331 and 3327 for 'Confirmed Visit Not Found' will now post and pay for dates of service 7/1/2024 forward, effective 10/15/2024.
Action Required
Immediately: Do NOT resubmit claims that were previously denied with EOB codes 3331 or 3327 for EVV services - Gainwell will automatically reprocess them. Monitor the Connecticut CMAP website for updates on when normal denial edits will be reactivated. If experiencing billing issues, contact EVV vendor to open ticket with Sandata at 1-855-399-8050 or ctcustomercare@sandata.com.
