Action Required
Immediately: For behavioral health providers, update billing procedures to use either supervising provider NPI or ensure non-licensed providers have valid NPI and taxonomy. For ASD providers, update systems to recognize that codes 97156 and T1016 are now covered under HUSKY B and can only be billed by qualified healthcare professionals (BCBA, LMFT, LPC, LCSW). Update prior authorization frequencies for H0031 and H0032 from every 90 days to every 6 months per provider.
