Summary
Connecticut DSS has transitioned to GT Independence (GTI) as the new fiscal intermediary for credentialing ABI, Autism, CHC, PCA and CFC Support & Planning Coach providers, effective March 24, 2024. Providers must complete new credentialing processes with GTI before enrolling or re-enrolling with Gainwell Technologies.
Action Required
Connecticut providers of ABI, Autism, CHC, PCA and CFC S&P Coach services must: 1) Contact GTI at providercredentialing@gtsd.org to request credentialing applications for new enrollment or re-enrollment, 2) Complete and submit applications with supporting documents within 10 business days, 3) After GTI approval, use the Gainwell Technologies Enrollment Wizard at www.ctdssmap.com to complete enrollment/re-enrollment, 4) Submit GTI credentialing approval letter to Gainwell Technologies via email to providerenrollment@gainwelltechnologies.com or fax to 1-877-899-5401. Failure to complete credentialing will prevent enrollment and ability to provide services.
